ParisLondonApartments is a property management firm specializing in vacation rentals in Paris and London, with a focus on interior design and architecture. Each member of their team has a real passion for finding only the best properties and sharing them with guests from around the world.

PLA started by renting out one of their own apartments. As demand for apartment rentals grew, PLA started taking on new apartments and managing them for other owners. From the very beginning, their focus has been on finding beautiful apartments in the most central locations of their destination cities.

PLA is now looking for a General Manager in London to help manage the London office and contribute to the company’s growth.

POSITION BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON (Soho / South Kensington / Knightsbridge / Mayfair / Piccadilly / Covent Garden)

Assignment of tasks:

  • Discover the company and current processes, starting by welcoming international clients in the flats.
  • Managing the London Team, including any eventual recruitment and training as required
  • Management of the cleaning and maintenance teams, including scheduling routine cleanings and finding solutions for maintenance and technical issues
  • Prospecting for new flats and learning how work with landlords and real estate agencies to get new assets into management. Searching for new flats will start with the support of the Sales Director, and eventually become an autonomous responsibility once the individual hired is ready to represent the company
  • Work to implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Le profil recherché

  • Business school graduate
  • Experience in the Real Estate and Hotel Management sector is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and work independently
  • Languages: French native speaker; fluent English required
  • Flexibility and quick; accurate thinking
  • Independent; outgoing and hospitable with a can-do attitude
