La mission

Directly connected with the 3 co-founders, you will be included in the creative process of various projects. Your main mission will be the creation and edition of videos and montages (from footages, images, music, voiceover ...) destinated to the social networks of Prospect 100 and the website (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok... ). You will be in charge to observe strong trends of design, and designing graphic animations.

Our team

Alexandre Daillance, better known as Millinsky, is an artist, designer and entrepreneur working between Europe and the United States. In 2019, Millinsky was included in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his work in Art & Style.

In 2015, Millinsky co-founded independent fashion label NASASEASONS. The brand quickly gained attention and has been distributed from the start in the world’s most prestigious and avant garde stores from Colette to Barney’s. The brand also received the support of many pop culture figures such as Rihanna, Beyoncé, Lebron James, Zendaya, Future, Kendall Jenner, and Elton John. 

Harry Beard is the 21 co-founder of Prospect 100. Having delivered one of TEDx’s most popular talks surrounding ‘Generation Z’ Harry is seen as a leading voice for youth.

Harry’s last venture was called ‘OPEN’ - he founded OPEN at 16 and offered digital marketing to SMEs all across Britain and beyond. They worked with over 75 companies and it led to Harry being recognised as one of the UK’s top young entrepreneurs by Ernst and Young. 

Le profil recherché

  • You are in design / graphics training
  • You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects - Photoshop - Illustrator…)
  • You are cultivated on trendy digital formats and video modes used by various major media (Vogue - Forbes - Konbini - i-D - Dazed - GQ…)
  • Good level of English ; French can be a plus

Prospect 100 is a global organization that empowers the next generation. We organize high level competitions led by industry icons so you have a platform to be seen and heard. There are always prizes for all participants and finalists win internships and mentorships from the world’s leading figures and organisations. Past finalists have also gone on to secure funding and receive features in magazines such as VOGUE, WWD, Dazed and Highsnobiety.

We create opportunities for young peoples, from anywhere, so they can grow and flourish. We established our first competition during the COVID-19 pandemic to create a community of the world's most talented young people, despite global lockdowns. Our competitions are free to enter, and are open to those aged 25 or under, from anywhere in the world. Every year we profile the top 100 participants for each competition as part of the ‘Prospect 100’ - the 100 individuals who our industry-defining judges believe are the future leaders of their field.

Our competitions cover: Music, Design, Innovation and Film. Across each of our competition categories, we are supported by household names such as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones, the iconic sneaker designer Sean Wotherspoon, the founder of Colette store, Rico Nasty, Iann Dior, Michel Polnareff, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Nina Kraviz, Jamiroquai, Guy Gerber and many more ! We want to democratise access to these industries and allow young people to get their work in front of the most influential people in their respective fields.
